Phased upgrade project: 2015 to 2017
Collaborators: Karim Scharaf, Riaan Kruger, Barry Garner
The refurbishment project at La Petite Ferme started in 2015 and will continue into 2018 and beyond. The new owner in 2015 implemented an extensive upgrading and refurbishment programme. Which included redesigning the entire kitchen and service areas; installing new floors and ceilings; constructing a new wine tasting deck; transforming the outdoor eating areas; revamping the gardens and parking areas and updating the guest suites.
A key aspect of the upgrade was selecting new furniture and cushion fabric for the restaurant, bar, wine tasting room and the outdoor eating areas. Patio Life supplied all the chairs, over 240 for these areas.
